ZHU Kejin is a PhD student of the joint education programme offered by the University of Hong Kong and Southern University of Science and Technology. Her research interest mainly focuses on the correlation between China’s soft power and its outward higher education internationalization in Belt and Road Initiative countries. Currently, she is actively engaged in UNESCO-ICHEI’s “ICT in Higher Education” projects in Asia, Africa and Europe. Prior to being admitted into the doctoral program, she received her M.S.Ed in educational linguistics from the University of Pennsylvania and accumulated relevant teaching experiences in Saint Joseph’s University in the United States.
