Ding Yashi has been a visiting student at the Center for Higher Education Research  of Southern University of Science and Technology since 2024. She is currently studying for a PhD at Xiamen University. In 2019, she obtained a bachelor's degree in managing from Shaanxi Normal University. In the same year, she was exempted from the Faculty of Education Shaanxi Normal University for a master's degree in education. Her research interest is mainly concentrated in education policies, education theory and education management.
