喻可欣是南方科技大学高等教育研究中心访问学生，目前就读于牛津大学。2021年获得牛津大学教育学硕士学位，本科毕业于广东外语外贸大学。曾担任牛津大学教育部学生在研教育项目（STORIES)组委会委员，担任JEDI项目发起人并组织相应工作。研究方向为国际科研合作和科研政策。
