许璐于2024年加入南方科技大学高等教育研究中心访问学生。她目前就读于伊利诺伊大学香槟分校教育学院的博士项目。她的研究方向主要关注于全球教育及教师教育,致力于培养具备全球素养的未来型教师。她参与创立了IGlobal全球教师教育培训项目,荣获了2023年美国AACTE的最佳全球实践奖。
